Questions and answers about your holiday at Hotel Mirabell in Siusi allo Sciliar

Room check-in on the day of arrival from 2 PM until 8 PM
Please inform us in advance if you will be arriving after 8 PM. After that time we will charge € 60,00 for late Check-in.
Please note that the arrival is NOT POSSIBLE after 10 PM - after that our reception is closed.

On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 AM

Your loyal four-legged friend is very welcome to spend a holiday with you at the Mirabell.
Please note that dogs are allowed only with prior reservation.

For additional cleaning, we charge €39.00 per day without food (maximum 1 dog per room and only in selected room categories)
We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the dining room, the pool area, garden, or park.

Please remember to bring your dog’s food, basket, and muzzle (required for all public transportation), as these items are not included in the price.

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation until 21 days before arrival: free of charge (the deposit will be held for a future holiday at our hotel)
- Cancellation 20 to 0 days before arrival: 80% cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
- For no-show, late arrival or early departure: 80% cancellation fee

It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip against expectations. In order to avoid any financial loss in this context, you should take precautions in time.
We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with the Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.

As a special service we offer you to pay the deposit together with the premium of the cancellation protection insurance, simply and securely online.

By car:
Approaching from the north on the A22Brennero motorway, take the Chiusa exit, continue on the state road in the direction of Bolzano and after 10 km turn off in Ponte Gardena in the direction of the Sciliar area. After about 20 minutes, just before you reach Siusi, turn right into Laranza street.
Approaching from the south on the A22Brennero motorway, take the Bolzano Nord exit and continue on the state road in the direction of Brennero until you reach Prato all’Isarco. Turn off here into the Sciliar area. After about 20 minutes you will reach Siusi allo Sciliar, and about 800 m after the village centre turn left into Laranza street.

By bus:
From Bolzano or Bressanone, you can reach us by bus in about 45 minutes. It is a 3-minute walk from the Gschlier bus stop to the hotel, and we will also happily pick you up there if you let us know your arrival time.

By plane:
SkyAlps offers direct flights to Bolzano.
Additional airports are located in Innsbruck (110 km), Verona (175 km), Bergamo (260 km) and Munich (300 km). Various bus companies provide transfers from the airports to the Sciliar area.

The Province South Tyrol charges a tourist tax of Euro 3,50 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure.
